We invite applications for a fully-funded PhD position in glacier modeling at the University of Bergen: "From black gold to the green battery? - The future of Norwegian glaciers, hydropower potential and societal constraints" At the heart of this interdisciplinary collaboration are glacier simulations that span the range of future climate scenarios. The results will then be used in a close collaboration with political scientists, as well as partners in industry and a European policy institute.
