2 post-doc positions at Sun Yat-sen University on vegetation response to snow, drought and climate change
We are pleased to advertise *2 two-year postdoc positions at the Sun Yat-sen University*, Centre for Water Resources and Environment, with application deadline *31 May 2021*. The successful candidate will work on *understanding vegetation response to snow and drought under a warming climate, using approaches of remote sensing, modelling, in-situ observations, or a combination of the three* over the Tibetan Plateau. Qualifications: Applicants are expected to have *a doctoral degree in physical geography, GIScience, hydrology, ecology or similar relevant to the project and have completed this no longer than 3 years before the deadline of the application*. Experience in remote sensing, or hydrological/climate/numerical modelling or working with reanalysis and climate model data is required.
