Postdoc position at TUM

 Dear iEMS-members,

We are happy to announce a new postdoc position in ecosystem modelling at the Ecosystem Dynamics and Forest Management lab at TU Munich, Germany!

The offering is in the field of forest modelling, but also touches machine learning / AI and remote sensing. The position is available from now on and for 2-3 years, and is funded by an EU Project looking at the resilience of Europe’s forests to changing climate and disturbance regimes.

Watershed Scientist Position at SFEI

  Dear Colleagues, The San Francisco Estuary Institute (SFEI) is seeking an entry to mid-level watershed scientist to join our Resilient Landscapes Program.  The successful candidate will work on applied science projects relating to watershed restoration, water and sediment management, and climate-change adaptation planning in the Bay Area and statewide. The candidate will help develop tools and quantitative approaches to inform regional and state-wide riverine ecosystem management decisions.
