PostDoc position Hydrogeochemistry of the critical zone

 Dear colleagues,


We are seaking a postdoctoral research associate on "hydrology and geochemistry of the critical zone" to work at the Laboratory functionnal ecology and environment in Toulouse (SW France) by2021/04/15.

This postdoc aims to investigate the weathering and erosion processes of the Critical Zone (CZ) in two nested watersheds: Aurade, a small experimental agricultural basin (328 ha) and the Save, 
a regional basin (1100 km2), both representative of the territory of Gascony (SW of France).
Both are sites of the OZCAR  (Observatoire de la Zone Critique: Application et Recherche) and of the  RZA (Réseau des Zones Ateliers) national Research Infrastructures, which represent the French contribution to the European Research Infrastructure eLTER.

Watershed Scientist Position at SFEI

  Dear Colleagues, The San Francisco Estuary Institute (SFEI) is seeking an entry to mid-level watershed scientist to join our Resilient Landscapes Program.  The successful candidate will work on applied science projects relating to watershed restoration, water and sediment management, and climate-change adaptation planning in the Bay Area and statewide. The candidate will help develop tools and quantitative approaches to inform regional and state-wide riverine ecosystem management decisions. The candidate will also help manage projects, coordinate project teams, and work with partners to achieve successful project outcomes. We are looking to fill this position immediately.
